"A BIG THANK YOU to the Upstate MICU nurses and doctors. Many went out of their way to make Bruce feel cared for and comfortable. He was only in your care for a short time, but he made an impact. Thank you for being so attentive to our family during one of our hardest days. The kindness goes a long way. "
