MOHAWK – Carol Ann Elthorp, age 80 passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Foltbrook Center after an extended illness. A daughter of the late Merill and Sarah (Mills) LaCelle, she was born on December 6, 1943, in Ilion.
