HERKIMER-Clarence B. Moffatt age 77 of Osborne Hill Road passed away peacefully on Monday evening June 10, 2013 in his home. He had the comfort of his loving family at his side. Born on April 13, 1936 in Arcola, West Virginia, Clarence was a son of Clarence and Lula Miller Moffatt. His family moved to Herkimer in 1945 where he has resided since. At the request of Mr. Moffatt his funeral service and interment will be private and at the convenience of his family. Funeral arrangements are with Fenner Funeral Home, Inc., Herkimer.
