MOHAWK – David V. Miner, age 80, of West Main Street, passed away on Wednesday Evening January 22, 2025 in his home. David was born March 18, 1944 a son of the late Ray I. and Ruth Bronson Miner he was and educated in Mohawk. On January 19, 1974 he married the former Joan A. Harwick in the Mohawk United Methodist Churcha blessed union of fifty one years. David was a telephone installation specialist for many years with Gaffney Communications. He was a member of the Christian Bible Church in Mohawk. He is survived by his wife Joan, two sons; Christopher Miner and Phillip Miner both of Mohawk, two daughters Karen Mason and her husband Michael of North Carolina, Melinda Lee Miner, a sister Marilyn Parker of Florida, six grandchildren; Chad Mason, Matthew Mason, Leah Mason, Jon Miner, Ayden Miner and Logan, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers; Paul and Phil Miner, and a sister Patricia Rogers. Services for Mr. Miner will be privte and at the convience of his family.
