BURLINGTON FLATS-Dominick Jeffrey Proctor, beloved infant son of Tabitha Dennis and Timothy A. Proctor Jr. was called home to be with the angels in heaven on Friday, March 27, 2015. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of his family. Funeral arrangements are being cared for by J. Seaton McGrath Funeral Home, Richfield Springs.
