RICHFIELD - SPRINGS Elizabeth Mary Bucek, age 82, of 101 Marchs Landing, went to be with the Lord on October 27, 2005. After a hard fought battle with cancer. She left this world a more beautiful place by planting flowers and trees also as a better place by teaching ethics and values to her daughters, grand, and great-grand children. Elizabeth was hard working, energetic, former dairy farmer and owner of the Tally Ho Restaurant, she enjoyed the outdoors especially hunting, fishing and trapping. Surviving besides her devoted husband of 63 years Stephen Stanley; three daughters and their husbands, Sharon and James Donnelly of Schuyler Lake, Beverly Francy and Ron Birch of Chincoteague, VA, and Patricia and Samuel Dixon of Lugoff, SC; seven grandchildren Bobby and Jimmer Donnelly of Richfield Springs, Laura Sheldon of Raleigh, NC, Chuck Crist of Burlington Flats, Rhonda Matthews of Atlantic, VA, Lisa Martin of Tega Cay, SC and Neil Dixon of Inman, SC; nine great-grandchildren one brother Robert Wiegand and his wife Lois of Litchfield as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Deborah Donnelly and a brother John Wiegand. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday morning at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Josephs Church,, Richfield Springs. The Reverend Terence Healy will officiate. Interment will follow in Saint Josephs Cemetery. The Family will be present in J. Seaton McGrath Funeral Home, 40 West James Street, Richfield Springs, to receive friends and relatives on Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Catskill Area Hospice, or St. Josephs Church Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
