VAN HORNESVILLE On June 19, 2017 Elsie March Delany passed away peacefully at Valley Health Services Inc., Herkimer. Her prayers were answered as she was reunited with family and friends. The family would like to thank all the staff members at Valley Health Service and Bassett Healthcare Cooperstown for the care, compassion and patience shown to her. In keeping with Elsie's wishes there will be no calling hours or service.
