RICHFIELD SPRINGS-Eugenia Hrynda age 75 of State Highway # 28, entered into eternal rest on Monday morning August 30, 2004 in her home after a long illness. She was born on January 21, 1929 in Bailystok, Poland daughter of the late Ignacy and Stefania Sanczyk Korbut. Eugenia was raised and educated in Poland. For fifteen years she worked as a telegraph operator in Bailystok. She came to this country in 1964. On December 12, 1974 she married Steve Hrynda in Sts. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church in Herkimer. A loving union of twenty-four years Mr. Hrynda preceded her in death on January 21, 1999. Mrs. Hrynda had worked for Duofold, Tri State Laundry and Utica Machine before retiring in 1974. She had a strong belief in God and attended Sts. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church in East Herkimer. A sister Rosalia Sawicki in Poland and many friends locally survive her. Funeral service and committal for Mrs. Hrynda were private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are with J. Seaton McGrath Funeral Home, Richfield Springs
