RICHFIELD SPRINGS - Evelyn M. Graepel, 93, of Dugan Road, passed awayMonday, Oct. 28, 2002, in Bassett Healthcare Cooperstown. She was born Feb. 15, 1909, in Ridgewood, Queens, a daughter of the lateHenry and Marie (Meyer) Fisher. She was raised and educated in Queens and hadworked as a beautician until her marriage to Charles Graepel on July 4, 1931.They shared a devoted union of 60 years until his passing May 31, 1991. She andher husband had resided in Richfield Springs since 1989, coming from Queens. Surviving are three sons, Kenneth A. Graepel and his wife Maryann ofRichfield Springs, Roy C. Graepel and his wife Carol of Lake Ronkonkoma andRobert B. Graepel of Richfield Springs; one sister, Edith Graepel of Syosset;five grandchildren, Wendy Gacci, Edward Graepel, Dawn Hunter, Robert Graepel Jr.and Heather Teachout; five great-grandchildren; and one niece. The funeral service will be on Thursday morning in Moloney's Lake FuneralHome, Lake Ronkonkoma. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, KewGardens. Calling hours will be on Wednesday evening from 7-9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Richfield Emergency Rescue Squad. Arrangements are through J.
