HERKIMER – Kathleen Marie Fineout, age 69, of Shells Bush Road passed away peacefully on Friday August 19, 2022 in Little Falls Hospital. She was born on November 24, 1952 in Rome, a daughter of the late Gerald and Elizabeth Murphy James. Kathleen was raised and educated in Holland Patent graduating from Holland Patent High School. After high school she attended college. On December 20, 1971 she was united in marriage with Thomas Fineout a blessed union of fifty years. For many years she was a secretary at Mohawk Metals in Frankfort. Kathleen enjoyed in her spare time crocheting, knitting and needle point. She had a true belief in God and attended the Little Falls Baptist Church. She was a friend to many and will never be forgotten. Surviving her besides her husband Tom are a son Matthew Fineout of Kansas City, Kansas, a brother Richard James of Florida, five sisters Patricia Graham of Hamilton, Montana, Lorraine Adams of California, Lucinda Hanna of California, Irene Giachetti of Dalton, Florida, and Jennifer Shoots of Naples, Florida, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
