DELANSON-Kevin J. Belrose age 27 of Main Street died on Saturday morning September 17, 2005 in Ellis Hospital, Schenectady.
He was born on April 27, 1978 in Amityville son of Jorden and Jane Serafine Belrose. Kevin was a graduate of Cooperstown High School class of 1997. He furthered his education at Alfred State College graduating with degrees in Construction Engineering and Construction Management. For the past year and a half he has worked as Assistant Project Engineer for the BBL Construction Company in Albany. He has resided in Delanson for the last six months. Kevin proudly served with the US Army National Guard and received an honorable discharge.
He had a strong love for the outdoors, his leisure time was spent hunting and fishing with his friends. Kevin also enjoyed physical sports such as Rugby, Football and Wrestling. He was a friend to many and will be truly missed.
Surviving are his parents, Jorden and Jane Belrose of Cooperstown, his paternal grandmother, Irene Belrose, a brother, Jeffrey and his wife Cathy Belrose of Starkville, two sisters Annemarie Belrose of Boston, MA, Beth and her husband Justin Long of Huntersville, NC, three nieces, Danielle Belrose, Kirsten and Katherine Long, a nephew, Jeffrey Belrose Jr., several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am in J. Seaton McGrath Funeral Home, 40 West James Street, Richfield Springs. The Reverend William Harkins, Pastor of the Church of Christ Uniting will officiate. The family will be present in the funeral home to receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 6:00 until 9:00 pm.
