Town of Columbia-Lillian Farrar age 92 of Hugick Road passed away peacefully on Thursday July 6, 2017 at her residence. She was born on May 1, 1925 in Canastota, daughter of the late Douglas and Bessie Youmans Farrar. Lillian moved into her forever home with Dan and Sue Forbes in 1987 where she kept everyone entertained until her passing. She is survived by the Forbes family, Joy, Chris, the staff at OPWDD, and special friend, Claudia Lowell. A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday at 1:00 pm in Mohawk Cemetery in the village The Reverend Ann Zimmerman, pastor of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church will officiate.
