HARTWICK-Linda Mary Hebert age 70 of State Highway # 28 passed away quietly on Thursday evening July 31, 2014 in her home. She was surrounded with the loving comfort of her family at her side. She was born on January 23, 1944 in Fairport, daughter of the late Lewis and Alice Niles Bramer. Linda was raised in Fairport and was a graduate of Fairport High School, class of 1962. She continued her education graduating from Morrisville College with an Associate's degree and going on to Utica College where she received her Bachelor's degree. She was employed by Bassett Medical Center as a microbiologist. She retired in 2012 after twenty-two years of dedicated service. Mrs. Hebert had a strong faith in God and was a member of the Old Stone Church in Schuyler Lake. In her leisure time she enjoyed gardening, bird watching and cross country skiing. To those who knew her she was caring and helpful person. She was happiest when she was surrounded by her many friends and family, especially her cherished granddaughter, Haylee. She will be truly missed. Surviving her are two daughters, Christine Vincitore and her husband Michael of Liverpool, Cathleen Hebert of Apex, NC, a son, Marc Lewis Hebert his wife Nicole and their daughter Haylee of Richfield Springs, her companion, Patrick Peteweck , Patrick's son Michael Peteweck and his wife Megan, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Nina Crosier. At Linda's request all services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
