MOHAWK - Morton Weiss age 68 of State Highway # 5-S passed away on Thursday evening August 7, 2008 in Sitrin Home, New Hartford. He was born on February 1, 1940 in the Bronx, son of the late Leo and Sally Hirschstein Weiss. Morton had been a Mohawk resident for many years. He is survived by one brother Saul Weiss of Staten Islandand the many friends that he has made since living here. A graveside service will take place on Monday at 2:30 pmin the Temple Beth Joseph Cemetery, Herkimer with Cantor Kalman Socolof officiating.
