RICHFIELD SPRINGS - Norean DiToto, 44, of Furman Road,died unexpectedly on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2002, in Albany Medical Center.
She was born March 3, 1957, in Cooperstown, a daughterof Anthony Gugliuzza and the late Nancy C. Dickerson Gugliuzza. She was raisedand educated in New Jersey where she graduated high school. For many years sheworked in New Jersey doing clerical work. For the past four years she hadresided in Richfield Springs. She first worked in the billing department ofBassett Healthcare, Cooperstown and for the past three years as a nurse'sassistant in The Meadows, Cooperstown.
Her life enjoyments were her home and family. She was amember of St. Joseph's Church, Richfield Springs.
Surviving are her fiance, Gerald Tanner of RichfieldSprings; a son, Joseph DiToto of Sparrow Bush, N.Y.; two daughters, Norean andAmanda DiToto, both of Port Jervis; four brothers, Gary Livingston of OldBridge, N.J., Douglas Livingston of Lodi, N.J., Vincent Gugliuzza of Uncasville,Conn. and Wesley Gugliuzza of Old Bridge, N.J.; two sisters, Bonnie Elflein ofSouth Amboy, N.J. and Terri Blevins of Old Bridge, N.J.; several aunts, uncles,nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Fridayafternoon at 2 p.m. in St. Joseph's Church, Richfield Springs. The Rev. TerranceHealy will officiate.
The family will be present in J. Seaton McGrath FuneralHome, 40 W. James St., Richfield Springs, on Friday from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.Norean will be laid to rest in St. Joseph's Cemetery later this spring.
