Obituary

ILION-Patricia Eileen Lotoski age 65 of North Fourth Avenue, passed away peacefully on Saturday evening January 5, 2013 in her home. She had the comfort of her loving family at her side. She was born on June 11, 1947 in Norwich. A lifelong area resident she was a graduate of Poland High School. On July 10, 1976 she was united in marriage with Donald G. Lotoski in Frankfort. They first made their home in Frankfort and later moved to Ilion. Mrs. Lotoski was a Licensed Practical Nurse and had worked for Loretta Nursing Home in Utica. She retired in 2007. Patricia loved her home and family. She was particularly happy when she was surrounded by her many friends and family especially her cherished grandchildren. She will be greatly missed. Surviving besides her husband Donald are a special grandson Dennis Lotoski, one daughter, Robin Lotoski and her son Trenton Lotoski all of Ilion, three sons, Donald J. Lotoski and wife Mary Beth of Utica, Thomas Ingersoll and his fianc Sharon Randt of Ilion, George Lotoski and wife Ida of Utica, four brothers, one sister several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Lotoski was preceded in death by a sister, Sue Magely. Calling hours for Mrs. Lotoski will be on Wednesday from 4:00 until 6:00 pm in Fenner Funeral Home Inc., 115 Court Street; Herkimer. A celebration of Patricias life will take place immediately after at 6:00 pm in the funeral home. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Hospice staff members Ann and Bonnie and to Doctor Alicia DeTraglia for the care and compassion shown Patricia during her illness. Also a special thank you to her special friend Caroline.
