MOHAWK - Patricia Michalski, age 64, passed away unexpectedly on Friday evening, December 30, 2005. She was born on June 16, 1941 in Brooklyn, daughter of the late Stephen and Mae Skelly Michalski. For 29 years she taught Physical Education, retiring in 1996 from Brentwood Public School, Long Island. Patricia moved to Mohawk in 1998. Her hobby was raising and showing Irish Wolfhounds. She was a member of numerous Irish Wolfhound clubs throughout the country, the Central New York Kennel Club as well as various local dog clubs and associations. She is survived by her life partner of 40 years, Judy Curtin of Mohawk; a brother, John Michalski and his wife, Phyllis of Chenango Forks; a sister, Jane Ferlise of Nesconset, NY; two nieces and two nephews, Christina Ferlise, Joseph Ferlise, Jacqueline Michalski and Patrick Michalski.
