CHERRY VALLEY - Patricia A. Zaccagnino, 37, of Cherry Valley Road, died on September 8, 2001 in Bassett Healthcare Cooperstown from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born on December 28, 1963, in New Hartford, a daughter of Lyle T. Wilbert and Patricia A. Meyers Wilbert Feik. A lifelong area resident she was educated in Richfield Springs. She was married to Leonard Zaccagnino.
An outgoing personality, she enjoyed being with people and was always willing to help a friend. She enjoyed gardening and took pride in her flowers and rock garden display. Patti had a great appreciation for the arts, taking an extraordinary interest in poetry at a young age, she wrote for pleasure and serenity. However, her family and home was her first priority and love. She was a dear friend to many, a loving daughter and sister, a devoted wife and mother, and will live in their hearts forever.
Surviving besides her parents, Lyle T. Wilbert of Richfield Springs and Patricia A. Feik of Palm Beach FL; are her husband Leonard; four children, Courtney Lyn Maine, James Lester Mott, Roberta Joyce Marie and Jordan Rose Zaccagnino all of the home address; four brothers, John and his wife and Sheryl Maine of Mocksville, NC, Rick Maine of Jordanville, Jeffrey Lyle Wilbert of Hartwick, Victor Maine of Rochester; four sisters, Sherry White of Industry, IL, Kim Soule of Cooperstown, Susan Behr of Richfield Springs, Amy and her husband James Gillette of West Winfield, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will present to receive relatives and friends in J. Seaton McGrath Funeral Home, 40 West James Street, Richfield Springs, on Wednesday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be private and at the convenience of the family.
