TOWNSEND, DE-Ronald Wayne Neale, age 65, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, July 18, 2022, in his home. He was born on January 11, 1957,in Ilion, son of the late Carleton and Jessie Weiss Neale. He was raised and educated in Ilion and went on to college and received an Associate's degree in accounting. For fifteen years he had worked as manager at the Iron Skillet Restaurant in Newark Delaware and in 2006 went to work for the Lear Company in Newark, DE. To those who knew him,they will never forget a pleasant man who enjoyed watching NASCAR Racing, the New York Giants Football games, classic rock music and gardening. He loved his family as they did in return and will be sadly missed. Surviving him are two sons, Ronald Neale of Townsend, DE, Benjamin Neale of Middletown, DE, two daughters, Jessica Hermann and her husband Derek of Hampton, VA, Sarah Neale of Mooresville, NC, three brothers, Richard Neale and his wife Denise of Ilion, Clifford Neale and his wife Brenda of Middleville, Keith Neale and his wife Beth of Ilion, three sisters, Marilyn Mason of Mohawk, Carlyn Earl and her husband David of Ocala, FL, Janie Polley and her husband Earl of Ilion, seven cherished grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service and interment in Oak Hill Cemetery were private and at the convenience of the family.
