RICHFIELD SPRINGS - Sarah Marie O'Connor, infantdaughter of Daryl and Jessica Janes O'Connor, passed away peacefully with herfamily by her side on Thursday morning, Feb. 7, 2002, in Albany Medical Center. Sarah Marie was born Feb. 1, 2002, in BassettHealthcare, Cooperstown. Very softly she tiptoed into this world, leaving a giftof love and devotion for her family. She will live in their hearts forever. Besides her parents, Sarah is survived by her maternalgrandparents, Deborah and her husband Ronald DeRocher of Clifton Park, ThomasJanes of Mohawk; paternal grandparents, Gordon and Delores O'Connor of RichfieldSprings; great-grandparents, David and Rose Edick of Waterville and Helen E.O'Connor of Richfield Springs; aunts and uncles, Elizabeth and ChristopherMatthie of Lowville, Andrea Janes of Mohawk, Christy Janes of Ilion, KennethO'Connor and Laura O'Connor, both of Richfield Springs; several great-aunts,uncles and cousins. A service from the Burial Office and Holy Communion willbe held on Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. in St. Johns Episcopal Church, RichfieldSprings. The Rev. John Dixon Bartle, rector, will officiate. Sarah will be laid to rest in Lakeview Cemetery,Richfield Springs. Funeral arrangements are with J. Seaton McGrath FuneralHome, Richfield Springs.
