ALBANY - Stuart J. Lyon, age 22, formerly of Richfield Springs passed away peacefully on Saturday April 26, 2008, in Bassett Hospital,Cooperstown.He had the comfort of his family at his bedside. He was born on November 3, 1985 in Cooperstown, a son of Julie-May D. Lyon of Richfield Springs and Michael B. Lyon ofRichfield Springs. He was raised and educated in Richfield Springs graduating from Richfield Springs High School in 2004.He enjoyed cooking and had worked as a cook/waiter in various restaurants since high school.Until his illness he had been employed with Bombers in Albany, where he had lived for the past year.He was an accomplished drummer and played with the Phinehas Band. Stuart truly cared about people.There was an enchantment about him and his loveable mannerism.His personality would draw you to him.He called himself a free spirit embracing life with love and contentment for the simply beauty of lifes wonder and living his life to the fullest. He had a passion for writing, enjoyed reading, movies, video games and cooking. However his family and many friends were always first in his life and he was most content with shared times with them especially his nephew Israel.He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Surviving besides his parents, Julie-May D. Lyon and Michael B. Lyon, he is survived by his brother Shawn M. Lyon and his wife Keesha of Clifton Park, his sister, Savannah L. Lyon of Richfield Springs, his paternal grandparents, Eileen Lyon of Wilmington, MA, Daniel C. Lyon of Hampton, FL, his nephew Israel of Clifton Park, many aunt, uncles, and cousins. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. in the Richfield Springs Vets Club on Lake Street, RichfieldSprings. The family will be present in J.
